Emmanuel Lasker

Emmanuel Lasker was probably the greatest chess player that ever lived. He was World Champion for 28 years and dominated his contemporaries like no one before or after him. He saw Chess and life as a struggle and attacked his opponents with methods he knew were uncomfortable for them. In this he was 50 years ahead of his time.
